Convenient Access
Conveniently located off I-94 only 20 minutes east of the Minnesota/Wisconsin border. Drop-off is during the second-half of October and pick up is in April after the first good rain.

With over 20 years of experience storing and caring for collector cars, Dan Graul treats every vehicle like it’s his own. As a lifelong Midwesterner, he understands what winter can do and how challenging it can be — and he's built our facility to prevent it. Some would say he's obsessive. He says he's just prepared.
From restoring classics and attending car shows, drag racing his ’69 Barracuda to supporting the local car community, Dan lives and breathes car culture. Standard Car: $740
Want to be able to drop off your car late or pull it out early? Choose the premium option for easy access to your vehicle, plus we'll add a car cover and put it on the battery charger so it's all ready to go.
Premium Car: $800
We currently have multiple openings for boats. Don't worry this year about winterizing your boat and enjoy the ease of dropping it off for warm, secure storage until you're ready to hit the lake again!
Boat: $43/foot
Our building is equipped to easily handle RVs, travel trailers and motorhomes, so you don't have to worry about your investment while you dream of warm weather to come.
